Refund Policy - the basics

Refund Policy Effective Date: February 1, 2026 At Ember Grace Rising LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality services and support. However, due to the nature of our offerings, the following refund policy applies: Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no cost. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or marked as “no-show” may be non-refundable or subject to a late cancellation fee (if applicable). Rescheduling is allowed one time per appointment, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds Digital products, downloads, workshops, and group programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refunds for private-pay services may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of an emergency or technical failure on our end. If services are pre-paid and not rendered due to practitioner cancellation, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
